No, our Adult Wellness programme is fully accessible on its own. While we find many students enjoy exploring both, you can absolutely focus solely on yoga, Pilates, and mobility classes without participating in the martial arts classes.
We love beginners! Most of our wellness classes are designed for all levels, and our experienced instructors are experts at providing modifications to ensure a safe and empowering practice. To help you find the perfect fit and get a feel for our community, we highly recommend our Two-Weeks Trial as the perfect starting point.
This is your ultimate pass to explore everything we offer! During this 14-day trial, you have unlimited access to our entire timetable. This means you can immerse yourself in all our wellness classes (Yoga, Pilates, Flexibility & Mobility) AND experience our full range of martial arts classes (Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, etc.). We actively encourage you to try everything and discover what resonates best with you and your goals.
It’s easy! You can purchase and book your trial directly through our website. Because we pride ourselves on personalised support, your very first booked trial class will be during one of our evening sessions. This allows us to provide a comprehensive onboarding, introduce you to the team, and ensure you have all the information you need before you dive into your unlimited two-week access.
Yes, the onboarding session is a mandatory first step for all new students, regardless of their intended focus. This ensures that everyone receives the same essential information and support to navigate our facility safely and confidently. While the onboarding takes place during an evening slot (when our full coaching team is on site), it is designed as generalised introduction. Immediately following this first class, you can begin attending any wellness-focused class for the rest of your two-week unlimited access trial.
For all our wellness classes (yoga, Pilates, mobility), please wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of movement. Tight-fitting clothing (like leggings and a form-fitting top) is often preferred, as it helps instructors check your alignment. We typically practise in socks or grip socks.
You don't need to bring any equipment! We have a dedicated, matted area for our wellness classes, and we provide all necessary equipments. However, for your comfort and to support your practice, you can bring a clean towel and a water bottle to stay comfortable and hydrated throughout the class. Please note that we are a barefoot/ socks only studio in our mat area.
